Basil Sweet Genovese

(Ocimum Basilicum Genovese) Basil Sweet Genovese is very fragrant and is often used fresh in cooking. Grows best in full sun in warm temperatures. Growing 1-2ft tall, this large leaf basil is a classic addition to any herb garden.

Basil Dark Opal

(Ocimum Basilicum Dark Opal)
Basil Dark Opal is a unique twist to the classic basil sporting deep maroon leaves. Planting this with Basil Sweet Genovese provides great contrast in herb planters and dishes alike.

Dill

(Anethum Graveolens)
Dill is a common annual herb used in many recipes for sauces, pickling, and other dishes. Butterflies also frequent its mini-canopies of yellow flowers that appear mid-summer.

Oregano

(Origanum Vulgare)
Oregano is commonly used in Italian, Greek and Mexican cooking. Oregano plants can be perennial to zones 5-10, and yield small pink flowers in the summer.

Common Chive

(Allium Schoenoprasum)
Chives serve not only as a great herb to use a substitute for onion with its mellow flavor, it also produces beautiful purple spherical flowers mid-summer that also make it a great perennial in the landscape.

Spearmint

(Mentha Spicata)Spearmint provides a classic mint flavor which has many uses. Will grow as a perennial to zone 5. Light is required for germination, which takes approximately 14-21 days.

Cilantro

(Coriandrum Sativum Santo)
Cilantro is an easy to grow herb often used in Mexican dishes and salsas. Sow the seeds outdoors after last frost in full sun.

Rosemary

(Rosemarinus Officinalis)Rosemary is a perennial herb in zones 7-11 and is used commonly in savory dishes such as in breads and with meats. Small blue flowers appear mid-summer.
